Job Description
• Full Time (9:00 - 6:00) (1 hour lunch break)
• Stock management
• Assisting in sales process
• Delivering and picking up goods, documents, ...
• KYC / KYS filing
• Preparing shipments & sending shipments with the correct carrier
• Diamond Office / Customs coordination
• Weighing and screening parcels for synthetics
• Handling phone calls, preparing mails.
• Filing documents in an organized manner
• Sending and receiving shipments
• Maintaining office
• Bookkeeping preparations
• Assisting the team where necessary
Skills required
• Fluent in English & Dutch (Writing & speaking)
• Knowledge of Excel and Word
• Able to work independent and accurate, multitasking & stress resistant.
• Able to work in multi culture environment
Addon
· Driving licence
· Other languages is an asset
· Experience in the Diamond sector is a plus.
