To reinforce this vision, they are recruiting a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager to optimize revenue and profitability growth for the Northern Europe. This position is located in Braine l'Alleud.
Strategic RGM Leadership
- Take a leadership role in defining and implementing effective pricing, promotion, and assortment actions aligned with brand and cluster-level objectives.
- Drive Gross-to-Net improvements, ensuring that all revenue growth strategies are well-constructed and deliver sustainable profitability.
- Serve as the cluster's go-to expert for RGM insights, processes, and deliverables.
Market & Sales Intelligence
- Build and utilize category, competitor, consumer, channel, and shopper insights to support actionable recommendations.
- Ensure accurate tracking and transparent reporting of pricing and promotional behaviors, delivering consistent reporting frameworks and insights to cluster markets.
- Measure and communicate the financial impact of pricing and promotional activities, providing clear outcomes to cluster leadership.
- Prioritize sales efficiency by offering critical GTN recommendations to reduce value leakage and optimize commercial operations.
Operational Excellence & Implementation
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of RGM initiatives, ensuring optimized resource allocations and successful delivery in alignment with cluster strategies.
- Actively represent the Northern Europe Cluster in forums, committees, and cross-functional projects, sharing insights that align with various business units' requirements.
- Manage the RGM Cluster budget through systematic monitoring to ensure resource efficiency.
Bel Northern Europe Cluster Focus
- Support fold-in activities and harmonization efforts, particularly in Belgium, and ensure the structural cohesion of GTN models across Northern Europe.
- Act as the primary driver for the UK strategic project's success, positioning it as a benchmark for future projects in Benelux and Nordics markets.
Qualifications & Areas of Expertise
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Consumer Goods industry; experience in sales dynamics and GTN structuring is a must. Prior experience in market integration (Belgian market) is highly advantageous.
- Sales expertise: Critical understanding of sales dynamics and the construction of Gross-to-Net models, with a focus on optimizing revenue and minimizing losses.
- Solid grasp of P&L mechanics and their impact on revenue management.
- Familiarity with descriptive statistics and decision-making tools that drive efficient pricing and promotion strategies.
- Ability to challenge and influence internal stakeholders, driving collaboration between markets.
- Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Dutch or French) is a strong plus.
- This role requires the ability to travel regularly within the UK, Benelux, and Nordics (approx. 40% of the time or as needed).
- Tools Expertise: Proficiency in Excel and RGM analytics tools (e.g., SAP, BPC, Power BI) is a plus.
