As a Receptionist, your responsibilities are:
- Managing the front desk and welcoming visitors in a professional manner.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
- Scheduling and coordinating meeting rooms and appointments.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the reception area is organized.
- Providing administrative support to various teams as needed.

Profiel
As a Receptionist, you should have:
- A background in secretarial or business support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with excellent knowledge of French or Dutch.
