The Digital Workplace practice represents a strategic growth pillar, with a strong focus on IWMS / workplace solutions and large enterprise clients in Belgium, particularly in the Dutch-speaking market.
To support continued growth and structure the practice, our client is looking for a Head of Digital Workplace Practice for the Dutch-speaking region.
Practice Leader - Digital Workplace
Functieomschrijving
As Practice Leader - Digital Workplace, you are responsible for the overall leadership, performance and growth of the Digital Workplace pole for the Dutch-speaking market.
You combine people leadership, delivery excellence and commercial mindset, acting as a key interface between teams, clients, account managers and senior management.
People & HR leadership
- Lead, animate and inspire multidisciplinary teams (consultants, business analysts, project managers).
- Conduct performance reviews (EACs) and follow up on individual development plans.
- Ensure continuous skill development and expertise maintenance, particularly on Archibus and related digital workplace solutions (IWMS).
- Foster internal mobility and prioritise internal skill development before external hiring.
Delivery quality & client satisfaction
- Guarantee high-quality project delivery aligned with client expectations.
- Ensure strong alignment between client needs and delivered solutions.
- To be actively involved in project delivery with the teams, leveraging your experience in end-to-end project management.
- Promote best practices, delivery standards and continuous improvement.
Market & client development
- Actively develop the Digital Workplace business alongside Account Managers (and Program Managers when applicable).
- Drive account farming and client portfolio development.
- Support or lead strategic client discussions and roadmap definition.
- Contribute to the creation of client roadmaps aligned with the overall group strategy.
- Strengthen the group's position in the Dutch-speaking Belgian market.
Profiel
- Strong experience in consulting, digital workplace or enterprise software environments.
- Proven background in people management and team leadership.
- Solid understanding of IWMS / workplace solutions (e.g. Archibus, Planon, Spacewell, ServiceNow, IBM TRIRIGA or similar).
- Experience in project governance, delivery management and financial oversight.
- Strong commercial acumen and client-facing skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-growing organisation, balancing structure and agility.
- Natural leader with strong communication, decision-making and escalation management skills.
Languages
- Dutch: native or near-native level (mandatory)
- English: professional level
- French is a strong asset
