Service Delivery Manager - SAP

At Credendo, the SAP landscape plays a crucial role in our business processes. As a Service Delivery Manager for SAP, you are responsible for the end-to-end management of the SAP applications and associated services. You ensure that the applications function high-performance, securely and in accordance with the business objectives, in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- You will be part of the SIAM team and work closely with the CCOE manager, the business process owners and project teams.
- You are the central point of contact for all SAP-related services (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Fiori, etc.) and monitor compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- You coordinate incident, problem and change management for the SAP landscape.
- You manage contracts and performance of external suppliers and follow up on projects and upgrades.
- You will ensure continuous service improvement and contribute to roadmap initiatives such as migration to S/4HANA and integration with cloud solutions.
- You will work with security and compliance teams to ensure that SAP complies with internal and external standards (DORA, ISO 20000, ISO 27001).
- You regularly report on performance, risks and improvement actions to management.
Profiel
- You have a bachelor's degree (or higher) in ICT or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in service delivery or application management.
- You have demonstrable knowledge of SAP modules and architecture (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Fiori).
- Experience with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change and release management) is a must; ITIL certification is an asset.
- You have experience with supplier management and following up on SLAs/KPIs.
- You have strong communication skills and can interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders .
- You express yourself fluently in English and Dutch or French, both orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of Hindi and Spanish is an asset for cooperation with international partners.
- You have an analytical mind and are result-oriented.
- You take responsibility and think proactively about optimizations and automation.
- Knowledge of security and compliance requirements (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, DORA) is a plus.
- Experience with SAP platforms in Microsoft Azure environments is a big asset.
- Experience in a financial or banking environment is a plus.
