Functieomschrijving

As an Operational Buyer, you are responsible for the full Request-to-Pay (R2P) cycle within your assigned purchasing categories. You ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase requests and orders while maintaining high standards in quality, lead time, on-time delivery, and supplier performance. Acting as a key link between internal stakeholders and suppliers, you contribute to optimizing total cost of ownership and ensuring compliance with procurement procedures.

Profiel

  • Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages are an asset

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication abilities with proven stakeholder management experience

  • Detail-oriented and structured, with a proactive and results-driven approach

  • Experienced in managing day-to-day supplier relationships and administrative processes

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems, reporting tools, and procurement platforms is an advantage

  • Demonstrates integrity, ownership, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team

  • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and motivated to thrive in a dynamic, international environment

  • Previous experience in a similar or administrative role is a plus
