Our client is an international ICT service provider supporting large-scale digital transformation projects within a multicultural and knowledge-driven environment. To strengthen a long-term European project in Brussels, we are looking for an Onboarding Trainer Assistant who contributes to a smooth, high-quality onboarding experience for users of a complex IT platform. This role plays a key part in user adoption, clarity and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and deliver onboarding and training sessions (online and on-site)Review, update and maintain training materials and user documentationSupport the implementation of onboarding and communication strategiesManage and update onboarding content on digital collaboration platformsAct as a first point of contact for onboarding-related questionsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality
Profiel
Excellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency in English (C1 level or higher)Strong experience with presentation and collaboration toolsAbility to create clear, user-friendly documentationProactive, detail-oriented and able to work autonomouslyEU citizenship and availability to work in Belgium
