- Preparing, formatting, and reviewing professional documents
- Handling correspondence and communication in French, Dutch, and English
- Coordinating internal and external meetings
- Maintaining accurate records and administrative files
- Supporting managers with day-to-day administrative tasks
Profiel
- At least a first experience as a Management Assistant or in administrative support
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
- Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Professional, discreet, and proactive
- Strong MS Office skills
