For our client in Meer, we are looking for a maintenance technician.
- As a maintenance technician, you are responsible for repairing technical malfunctions in the production machines.
- The issues can be both electrical and mechanical, but the majority are industrial electrical faults. You are responsible for identifying the malfunction and resolving it.
- In addition, you carry out equipment overhauls.
- You ensure that operators and production staff can continue working at all times.
- Preventive and major maintenance tasks are carried out on Saturdays.
- Furthermore, you make suggestions to optimize the process and proactively prevent malfunctions.
Profiel
- You hold an A2 diploma in electromechanics or industrial electricity, or equivalent through experience
- You are very proficient in reading electrical diagrams
- You are willing to work in a pig slaughterhouse (you are not required to do any slaughtering yourself, only to maintain the machines)
- You have a good command of Dutch or English
- You are willing to work in a shift system. In addition, you will work on Saturdays and can take a compensatory day off during the week (not on Monday or Friday)
- Knowledge of PLCs and/or I/O configuration (not programming) is a plus
- You are flexible with working hours and can work both independently and in a team
- You are willing to work in varying temperature conditions
