Legal Counsel - EMEA & Global Support - Antwerp
Functieomschrijving
- Provide legal support and business-oriented advice on commercial contracts
- Manage corporate housekeeping for multiple international entities
- Review and handle compliance issues including data privacy, anti-corruption, and competition law
- Proactively manage disputes and claims with third parties
- Support internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and sales on global corporate projects
Profiel
- Belgian Master's degree in Law
- A first experience in corporate and commercial law, either in a law firm or in-house
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, French or Spanish is an asset
- Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and problem-solving ability
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and departments
