Your Role

What You’ll Do
- Maintain a clean, sterile laboratory environment to support high-quality research.
- Prepare workstations, tools, and materials with precision to ensure smooth lab operations.
- Carry out routine support tasks with accuracy, strictly following all lab protocols.
Profiel
We are looking for you if:
- You live near Gent/Zwijnaarde or have reliable transportation.
- Fluent in English, you thrive in teamwork and are eager to learn new skills.
- You are accountable and motivated to make a difference in patient's lives.
- Your attention to detail is unmatched.
- Bonus points for familiarity with GMP standards, aseptic techniques, sterilization methods, and MS Office.

- A 4-days-on / 4-days-off shift schedule, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
- Work in a 3-shift regime, while being comfortable rotating across all nine possible shifts:
- 6:00–16:00, 07:00-17:00, 08:00-18:00, 09:00-19:00, 10:00–20:00, 12:00–22:00, 14:00–00:00, 16:00–02:00 + future night shift.
- We have collective leave: 6 days in summer and 2 days in winter, so everyone can take a well-deserved break at the same time. You can schedule your remaining vacation days freely.
- After six months, depending on your performance, the opportunity for a permanent contract, including group and health insurance and other benefits.
