As a KYC Agent Insurance your responsibilities are:
- Conducting thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Reviewing and verifying client documentation and information for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintaining up-to-date and organized client records in internal systems.
- Identifying and reporting any suspicious activities or inconsistencies in client data.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve compliance-related issues.
- Providing support in audits and regulatory inspections.
- Staying informed about changes in regulations and ensuring processes are updated accordingly.
- Offering guidance to clients regarding KYC procedures and requirements.
Profiel
A successful KYC Agent Insurance should have:
- A degree in finance, law, or a related field.
- First experience in operational KYC.
- Great knowledge of English with additional Dutch or French.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
