Key responsibilities
- Strengthen and grow partnerships with distributors across the Nordics, UK, Benelux, France, and Eastern Europe
- Act as technical advisor for distributors and their clients, offering product expertise and on-site demonstrations
- Identify and onboard new partners in target regions; deliver comprehensive training programs
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, stock, transport, and payment
- Collaborate with export, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure flawless order management
- Manage supplier relationships, including stock monitoring and payment follow-up
- Oversee export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Profiel
Qualities of a successful candidate
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch (any Nordic or German language is a plus)
- Proven experience in export, distributor management, or technical sales
- Strong interest in industrial technology and maintenance equipment
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with ERP/CRM or similar business tools
- Availability for short international travel (2-5 days per month)
