A global industrial firm with commercial presence in over 110 countries is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Packaging Designer to support its Customer Care and Supply Chain teams from its European headquarters in Antwerp.

Key ResponsibilitiesLabel Design & Formatting
Reformat stick-on and print-on labels using Word, Adobe Acrobat, GIMP, LimiDrawPlus, and Illustrator.
Ensure regulatory content remains intact and printing specs are met.
Coordinate with Production and Logistics to validate machine compatibility.
Maintain organized label archives in SharePoint.
Bag Coordination & Updates
Liaise with suppliers to adjust bag dimensions, eyemarks, and numbering per production needs.
Manage communication across internal teams and external partners.
Update SharePoint with technical specs and stock status.
Oversee the full bag update workflow-from request intake to final production approval.
Profiel
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design (0-2 years).
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Detail-oriented and structured working style.
Proficient in MS Office; Adobe experience is a plus.
Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong asset.
