International Business Developer
Functieomschrijving
- Acquire and manage international key accounts: identify opportunities, close deals and build strong, long-term B2B relationships.
- Develop and grow the global distributor network: select the right partners, support and challenge distributors and ensure optimal commercial performance.
- Drive regional market development: analyse markets, competitors and trends and translate insights into concrete growth strategies.
- Take full commercial ownership: manage the complete sales cycle, maintain pipeline and forecasts, report clearly on growth, opportunities and risks.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, industry events and networking occasions.
Profiel
- 5–10+ years of international sales experience.
- Proven success in acquiring key accounts.
- Experience working with or managing distributor networks in the audio-visual industry is a strong plus.
- Strong negotiation, strategic and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and results-driven.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willing and able to travel internationally on a frequent and flexible basis, including overnight stays.
