Functieomschrijving
- Design and manage a detailed integration roadmap (timeline, milestones, resourcing)
- Map existing internal tools, processes, and workflows in collaboration with ops, IT, and control functions
- Work closely with the external partner to understand their systems, processes, and needs
- Lead the development and deployment of integrated solutions that align with strategic objectives
- Identify, assess, and mitigate integration risks; build robust contingency plans
- Track progress and deliver regular status reports to senior stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Profiel
- trong program / project management experience (10+ years) in a complex, cross-functional environment
- Deep understanding of business operations, IT, and process management in banking
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment, juggling multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile-at-Scale frameworks
- Strategic thinker with a helicopter view; strong decision-making ability
