Financial Controller - Logistic - Hainaut (North)

FINANCIAL CONTROLLERKey Responsibilities:
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis in coordination with the group
- Monthly closing regarding the compliance with group policies and deadlines
- Financial reporting (Management Business Review)
- Balance sheet reviews with the CFO and Tax compliance (VAT, tax filings)
- Handle cash flow reporting, fixed assets register
- Supervise treasury operations, bank relations, cash management
- Supervise the AP/AR teams ensuring timely invoicing and payments
- Manage payroll finalization, bank reporting & annual audit processes
- Improve financial processes & internal controls
- Coach & develop the accounting team
Profiel
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
The profile I'm looking for:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, or a related field
- Required Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role, a background in a BIG4 is welcome
- Languages: French, English & Dutch
- Personal Qualities: A sense of responsibility, proactivity, and strong analytical skills
- Good technical skills
