Finance Business Partner/Business Controller m/v/x

The Finance Business Partner provides financial insights, analysis, and guidance to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. You act as a liaison between finance and operational teams to ensure operating plans align with business strategies and financial targets.
As Finance Business Partner, you will:
- Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, aligning operating plans with business strategies and financial targets;
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability, cost management and operational efficiency;
- Support management with clear reporting and KPI monitoring;
- Partner with operational teams to align financial and business objectives;
- Drive cost optimization and profitability improvements;
- Evaluate potential investments, projects and capital expenditures through robust financial modelling;
- Ensure compliance and manage financial risks;
- Improve and streamline financial processes.
You’ll have a strategic impact, work closely with leadership, and help shape the financial future of the organization.
Profiel
- Proven experience in business controlling;
- Strong financial analysis, modelling, and forecasting skills;
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities;
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management;
- A collaborative, proactive, and business-minded approach;
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French is a plus;
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent;
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 F&O, Power BI, Excel).
