As a Finance Manager your responsibilities are:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial strategies.
- Implement and improve financial systems and procedures.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure financial targets are met.
- Provide guidance and support to the accounting & finance team.
Profiel
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Speaks fluently Hebrew and English
- Is available ASAP to start the mission
- Is ok to move once every 2 months in Israel
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry practices.
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the Energy & Natural Resources sector is a plus.
