Multi-skilled executive secretary

 

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and management team: drafting board meeting reports in NL and FR, writing notes for the Board of Directors
  • Coordinate and prepare documents for the General Assembly (annual report, notes, reports), as well as follow-up on decisions taken.
  • Perform translations (NL-FR-ENG), proofread texts, and compose letters and emails.
  • Handle various administrative tasks for the entire team, including agenda management, orders, and other administrative duties.

Profiel

 

  • Proactive and dynamic with a strong organizational sense,
  • Able to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Curious and quick to familiarize yourself with new topics.
  • Meticulous and structured in task and file management.
  • Proficient in common Office packages.
  • Possess a higher education degree (master/bachelor) or relevant professional experience in executive secretarial roles.
  • Strong communication skills. Excellent knowledge of Dutch and very good command of French and English. Knowledge of German is an asset.
  • Good writing skills, always maintaining a professional and correct communication style.
