Are you an experienced sous chef with a passion for refined, healthy, plant-based gastronomy? Are you looking for a place where you can express your creativity and craftsmanship in a unique and ambitious kitchen? Then this might be your opportunity.
Epiphany’s Kitchen is a high-end, gluten-free and plant-forward restaurant in the heart of Ghent. We are looking for a committed sous chef who can work 2 to 3 full days per week (including Saturdays) and independently run a section of the kitchen.
What You’ll Do:
- Independently prepare and finish refined, plant-based dishes
- Participate actively during service, focusing on quality, speed, and presentation
- Take ownership of part of the kitchen (cold or hot section)
- Ensure order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the kitchen team and provide input on dish development
