Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at our client, you will have the following responsibilities :
- Act as Single Point of Contact for your portfolios of clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
- Handle orders, pricing, and service complaints.
- Provide proactively solutions to clients.
- Keep the database up to date regarding contract and prices for example.
- Monitor orders, prepare order/shipment/backorder reports.
- Support the Sales department with commercial activities.
- Handle customer compensations.
Profiel
The ideal Customer Service Representative for our client would have the following skills :
- A Master Degree
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support.
- Fluency in French, English and Dutch.
- Experienced with ERP for order management (Ideally SAP).
- Analytical mindset & strong communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a commercial mindset.
- Team Player mentality.
