Profiel
A successful Customer Service Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or management
- Previous experience leading an administrative or customer service team
- Fluent in Dutch and French; good command of English
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in modern IT tools; Excel expertise required, ERP knowledge (SAP) is a plus
