Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at our client, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:
- Take ownership of all customer interactions and build long-term relationships with your customer's portfolio through trust and excellent customer service.
- Handle customer complaints by providing timely and effective solutions.
- Follow up on inquiries to ensure complete resolution.
- Manage the Order to Cash (OTC) process in SAP.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for your customer's portfolio, working hand-in-hand with the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with other departments (Supply Chain, Production, Quality, etc...).
- Monitor & register various data sets (customer details, offers, forecasts, inquiries, etc.).
- Stay up to date on industry trends.
Profiel
The ideal candidate for this specific Customer Service Representative position, would have the following skills:
- Ideally, you have a Bachelor.
- You have at least 4 years of experience, and already managed an OTC Process.
- Ideally you have a first experience in the IT Industry.
- You have already worked with SAP.
- You are fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
- You aim at delivering an excellent customer service experience.
- You have great communication skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
