As a Customer Service - Logistics Planner your responsibilities are:
- The coordination and monitoring of all transports from A to Z is your core task. This includes the control of the deliveries and the goods quality as well as the overall documentation and correspondence.
- Organize logistics for incoming and outgoing goods (including sea going vessels, barges, local bulk transport as well as storage of goods)
- You are the main contact person with the logistics interfaces of our customers and suppliers.
- You take over the management of all marketing and sales contracts and ensure to meets supplier´s and customer´s requirements.
- You make sure that orders are handled timely and correctly and a smooth operational process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve shipment-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the supply chain process.
- Provide clients with regular updates on their orders and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and logistics performance.
- Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction goals.
