Your mission
- Drive commercial impact by following up on marketing-generated leads across channels, advising professionals and organisations, nurturing long-term relationships with alumni and key accounts, and converting opportunities into enrolments.
- Manage customer relationships proactively by ensuring a high-quality participant journey before, during and after programmes, serving as the main contact point for individuals and companies.
- Represent Vlerick by co-organising and hosting open houses, info sessions and webinars, and by acting as an ambassador at external events.
- Work smart with data by using Salesforce daily to track leads and interactions, maintaining an accurate database for a true 360° participant view, and guiding colleagues as a data-savvy CRM key user.
- Create unforgettable programme experiences by welcoming participants, ensuring smooth programme organisation and safeguarding the warm, personal Vlerick touch.
- Continuously improve by staying current with trends in L&D, sales practices and CRM, capturing insights to strengthen our portfolio, and bringing forward ideas to enhance our sales approach, customer journey and participant experience.
Profiel
You
- Bring relevant experience in sales, customer service, advisory roles, L&D, HR services, education, or similar fields
- Demonstrate passion for people and enjoy connecting, advising, and helping others grow
- Show a commercial mindset and proactively convert interest into action
- Are able to build networks and act as a credible sparring partner for managers and HR stakeholders
- Listen actively and translate needs into opportunities
- Deliver excellent customer focus and go the extra mile naturally
- Work confidently with CRM systems, Salesforce experience is a plus
- Hold a Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Communicate clearly in Dutch and English, French is an asset
- Take ownership, stay structured, and have a “get things done” mindset
- Want to work on our beautiful campuses in Brussels and Ghent in combination with your home office.
