Functieomschrijving
- Manage the administrative and logistic part of the event
- In charge of managing the attendance of people in the reservation system
- Provide support by phone and mail to the attendees before the event
- Preparation of internal event documentation
- Manage hotels and transportation booking for events
- Be there as a information point of contact for attendees during the event
Profiel
- You ideally have experience in organisation of events or projects, online or physical
- You speak a great English and a good French, any other language is a nice-to-have
- You are an expert in scheduling things and you have a great contact with people, service minded
- You are at easy with IT systems
- You are excellent in time management
Aanbod
- You will work closely with the manager
- Temporary mission of 8-9 months (period before the event)
- Presence during the event, one week abroad
- 2 days homeoffice per week
