Prospecting
- identify potential customers through various channels (campaigns, call calling, social media, networking)
- researche and analyse markets trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
Customer Relationship
- build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- understand requirements and provide tailored solutions or recommendations
Sales presentations
- conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- highlight the features, benefits, and value propositions of the company offerings
- customize presentations to adress specific client needs
Sales operations
- monitor and analyse sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- ensure that a new customer file is a place whereby customers requirements are clearly mentioned
Sales adminsitration
- Use CRM tools to track leads and sales activities to ensure all existing and potential customer records are up to date
- participation in annual reviews with customers and communication of changes to rates or any surcharges to all stakeholders
- preparation of sales visits and share relevant information with the other departments after the meeting
Sales Strategy
- collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and executive effective sales strategies
- set and achieve sales targets and quotas
- continuously assess and improve sales techniques and processes
Sales negotiation and closing
- negotiate pricing, terms and contracts with customers to secure deals
- close sales and achieve or exceed revenue targets
- prepare and review sales contracts and agreements
Sales forcasting and reporting
- preparation of the annual commercial budget in cooperation with de the finance department
- forecast sales targets and track actual performance against targets
- prepare regular sales reports and forecasts and provide insights to senior management
Market research and reporting
- stay up to date with the industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences
- use insights to refine sales strategies an offerings
Product knowledge
- maintain in depth knowledge of the company's products or services
- keep abreast of product updates and improvements
- provide clients with acurate and relevant product information
Customer innovation
- support in increasing digital, solutions for customers
Continuous improvement
- identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvements te enhance site efficiency and effectiveness
Problem solving and decision-making
- to arbritrate on all serious disagreements with customers and help in bringing the matter to a speedy conclustion liaising with the involved departments
Collaboration and teamwork
- work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- share insights and feedback from the field to help improve products and services
Customer administration
- periodix and/ or random checks of customer invoices (general rate checks, missing rates)
Profiel
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- result-driven with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- in depth knowledge, French/Dutch/English
- proficiency in CRM software an other sales tools
- represent the company at any occasion in a responsible way
- contribute constantly to review and/or expand this job description
- Attends conferences, award ceremonies and national platform group events as resquiered
- attend courses or complete relevant training as required
