We are currently looking for motivated individuals with strong attention to detail for two exciting administrative roles in the pharmaceutical industry, for a company located near Ghent. These positions offer a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company dedicated to improving lives through innovative therapies.

What Will You Do?

  • Manage, control and organize critical documentation and processes within the company.
  • Ensure that administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and in line with company procedures.
  • Provide support across different teams, helping to coordinate activities and facilitate smooth operations.
  • Assist with audits and ensure proper record-keeping and document archiving.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by helping to streamline administrative workflows.
  • Communicate with various departments to ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery of information

Profiel

  • You remain calm and focused while managing tasks.
  • You have exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.
  • You excel in working independently but also collaborate well within a team, effectively prioritizing and adjusting to changing demands.
  • You are a quick thinker and able to adapt to changing priorities with ease, managing tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage stress in a fast-paced setting.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • You communicate fluently in both written and spoken English.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated industry is a plus, but not required.

Aanbod

For this administrative job, you can count on several great benefits:

  • After a 6-month temporary period, you will receive a permanent, indefinite contract.
  • Your salary will be aligned with your education level and supplemented with meal vouchers of €7 per day.
  • You will work from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. in a regime in which you work 4 days, have 4 days off, etc. This gives you a nice balance between Work and Personal life
  • With your permanent contract, you will also receive group and hospitalization insurance.
