Functieomschrijving

For the support of the Finance & Administration department, we are actively looking for a Customer Services and Administration Officer with following profile:

? Obtained degree: You have a Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience

? Languages: You are fluent in Dutch and French (spoken and written) with a good knowledge of English.

? MS Office: You have a very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook – Excel – Word - PowerPoint)

Job description:

Main tasks:

• As a customer services officer you are the direct contact person for our customers

• Manage and ensure response of all incoming phone calls and customer service inquiries

• Collect all sales orders from customers and introduce those orders in our ERP system (Oracle)

• Responsible for the follow-up of orders from A to Z

• Gather all information necessary to start the return/credit note procedure - complaints

• Manage the commercial conditions granted to specific customers

• Follow-up sale orders issues between us and the warehouse

• Manage the stock loadings for new products

• Responsible for the samples and inventories

• Analyze & report business results and market data to Management

• Deliver administrative support to the Sales Manager – Retail products and Business Lead - Hospital products

• Change or adapt prices in Oracle

• Responsible for certain tasks of the monthly closing process

 

Profiel

Ideal profile:

• You have a first proven experience in a similar role

• You have strong communication skills

• You have a good knowledge of Excel and like working with numbers

• You like to work in team and don’t hesitate to help others

• You are not afraid to work in a growing company and a dynamic, changing environment

• You are stress-resistant

• An experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus together with a knowledge of Oracle or other ERP system

Aanbod

  • Van € 2.500 tot € 3.000 per maand
