Admin Support Quality

We are looking for a skilled administrative professional to join our client, a biotech company located in Zwijnaarde. In this role as Admin Support, you will be part of the Quality Assurance team and will be responsible for:
- Managing batch-related documentation, including issuing, reviewing, releasing, and reconciling records.
- Issuing and regularly reviewing established procedures.
- Coordinating the documentation flow in line with the production schedule.
- Storing and archiving GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) documents and batch records.
- Reviewing GMP logs and verifying and approving SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- You will carry out all tasks in strict accordance with safety protocols, quality systems, and GMP standards.
Profiel
For this administrative role, we are searching for a candidate who have:
- Experience in administration and handling complex tasks.
- Great communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in team and very solution oriented.
- Proficiency in the MS Office, SAP, or other similar softwares.
- The ability to adapt to shifting priorities to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
