As a successful Account Manager Dental - East Flanders, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing accounts (approx. 75% farming) and acquire new customers (approx. 25% hunting) by building, developing and maintaining strong & long-term relationships with dental professionals and stakeholders
- Drive sales of dental implants, prosthetic, and digital solutions in East Flanders, focusing on hospitals, dental practices, and dental labs.
- Understand customer needs and provide complete solutions, from patient acceptance and diagnostic data capture to surgery and final prosthetic delivery.
- Educate dental professionals on the benefits, the utilization and the clinical aspects of products and digital workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality services and products delivery
- Organize workshops, lunch-and-learn sessions, and participate in trade show
As a successful Account Manager Dental - East Flanders, you will have the following profile:
- +3 years of experience as Account Manager in the Pharma or Medtech industry
- Previous experience in both direct and indirect sales, with strong ability in farming and hunting
- Previous experiences or strong interest in dental products
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- You are structured and proactive, you achieved KPI & are accurate with CRM update
- Your are autonomous, disciplined, and results-oriented, with a collaborative team spirit.
- Dutch Native & Fluent in English .
