Freelance Management & Facility Coordinator

Description de la fonction

As a freelancer, you will work as a Management & Facility Coordinator in Auderghem on a temporary project lasting at least 2 months.

As a Management & Facility Coordinator, your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting management with agenda coordination, meeting preparation, minute-taking and follow-up of action points.
  • Managing administrative and communication flows: emails, phone calls, documents, reports, presentations and visitor reception.
  • Organising logistics and events such as travel arrangements, meeting rooms, internal gatherings, lunches/dinners and gifts.
  • Coordinating facility services: supplier management, contract follow-up, repairs, access systems, office supplies and workspace setup.
  • Ensuring a safe and efficient working environment with attention to HSE, evacuation procedures, incident follow-up and onboarding.

As a freelancer, you are eager to deepen or share your current expertise with companies.

Profil

Your background as a freelancer includes:

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or have equivalent experience.
  • You speak fluent Dutch, English and French.
  • You are fully proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Adobe or ERP systems is a strong plus.

Your key soft skills:

  • You are a natural organiser who can switch quickly and set the right priorities.
  • You have a proactive mindset and identify what needs to be done before anyone asks.
  • You work independently, yet you’re also a true team player.
