Robert Half is searching for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/x) for a company in the Brussels region.

Customer Service Representative English + Nordic Language

Description de la fonction

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for customers within your assigned portfolio.
  • Guarantee timely and accurate delivery of products, managing back order situations and proposing alternative solutions.
  • Receive, document, follow up and report on all customer service complaints, providing professional and proactive feedback.
  • Oversee price and contract management, maintaining accurate pricing information for customers in the system.
  • Resolve pricing issues in cooperation with Credit & Control and Sales.
  • Follow up on pending customer orders, proactively updating clients on their order status.
  • Compile and deliver reports related to customer orders, shipments and backorders as required.
  • Present customer experience dashboards in 1-to-1 calls with select customers.
  • Track sample shipments and follow up on customer feedback.
  • Provide commercial support to the Sales team.
  • Ensure commercial compensations are issued in a precise and timely manner.
  • Execute all operational activities accurately in the ERP system.
  • Offer back-up assistance to colleagues within your language expertise.
  • Help train new Customer Service Representatives.

Profil

You recognize yourself in the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a similar environment.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in international customer support.
  • Fluency in English and good knowledge of a Nordic Language (Swedish, Norwegian, Icelandic, Danish). Knowledge French is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and order management.
  • Strong analytical skills; adept at interpreting reports and forecasts.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end order-to-cash processes and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent PC skills; competent in standard Windows applications.
  • Passion for customer service and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Process-oriented and detail-minded.
  • Stress-resistant, results-driven, and organized.
  • Adaptable, creative, assertive and a genuine team player.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for quality meetings and client visits.
