Customer Service Representative (German & English)
Description de la fonction
Your responsibilities:
- You serve as the first point of contact for your German-speaking customer portfolio and collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance.
- You coordinate the timely delivery of products, manage any delivery issues, and actively seek out solutions.
- You register and handle complaints efficiently and in a customer-oriented manner.
- You maintain oversight of prices and contracts and accurately enter these in the system.
- You support the Sales department with commercial reporting and analysis.
- You process all administrative tasks accurately in the ERP system and provide backup support to colleagues.
- You contribute to the training and guidance of new team members.

Profil
Your profile:
- You hold a bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience in an international customer service role.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- You are fluent in both spoken and written German and English.
- You are highly analytical and experienced with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
- You are customer-focused, precise, and able to organize your work independently.
- You are stress-resistant, flexible, and enjoy working collaboratively in a team.
