Our client s an international financial service firm based in Brussels. They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Relations Coordinator to support their corporate clients.
Client Relations Coordinator B2B - Financial Service (M/F/X)

As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide support to Relationship Managers in managing corporate client portfolios and maintaining client relationships
- Assist with client inquiries, requests, and escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
- Prepare and review documentation for client transactions, including contracts, agreements, and proposals
- Coordinate client meetings, conference calls, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and agenda preparation
- Conduct research and gather market intelligence to support Relationship Managers in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Legal, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Provide support in preparing reports, presentations, and analysis for client meetings and business reviews
Profil
As a Client Relations Coordinator, you have the following profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager Assistant or similar role within the B2B sector
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
