Technical Construction Calculator
Job description
You are the technical point of contact for contractors, project managers, and construction sites. You guide projects from A to Z and ensure that every façade construction is technically sound and optimally executed.
What you will do:
Analyse construction plans and perform stability and structural calculations using internal software tools.
Integrate structural elements into plans using a technical drawing program.
Advise customers and partners on the best solutions for façade supports and anchoring.
Provide technical and commercial follow-up from the initial request to the final quotation.
Work closely with construction sites, internal teams, and our engineer for more complex cases.
Build long-term relationships with contractors through expertise and service.
During your onboarding, gradually take over projects currently calculated externally.

Profile
You combine technical knowledge with analytical insight and customer orientation.
You recognize yourself in this profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Architecture, or equivalent.
Experience as a technical draftsman is a plus.
Knowledge of stability calculations or façade support systems, or strong technical affinity.
Excellent plan reading and strong spatial insight.
Independent, precise, analytical, and result-oriented.
Fluent in Dutch and professional proficiency in French.
Experience with AutoCAD or CAD tools is an asset, but can be learned.
