Maintenance Technician

What you’ll do:
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to keep production running efficiently.
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend machine life.
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex issues, sharing expertise to find the best solutions.
- Support optimization projects, fine-tune machine settings, and assist with new equipment installations.
- Work closely with supervisors and fellow technicians to implement continuous improvements.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics, electricity, and packaging machines.
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on safety.
- Flexibility to work in a 2-shift system.
