Azuro is recruiting a client manager for a player active in the insurance sector.
In this position, on the one hand, you will take on tasks that are related to the management of client relationships, but on the other hand, you will also remain substantively involved in discussing and managing, among other things, more complex claims cases.
You will be working for a player that is active in the marine insurance business.
As a Client Manager you will manage your own portfolio of clients in your assigned region. We are currently looking for a candidate that will be responsible for Italy + the Nordics and one candidate that will be responsible for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Your job will consist of the following:
- You are responsible for maintaining, managing and building relationships with your own customer portfolio.
- In close collaboration with the European regional manager, you will develop a strategic plan to achieve further and profitable growth in the assigned regions.
- You detect opportunities and formulate possible actions. You then implement your own strategic plan.
- You plan and organize evaluation meetings with customers and you visit customers in the European region.
- You discuss complex cases with your customers and determine possible actions in close consultation with them.
- You also discuss the various services and collaboration options with your customers. This concerns various services regarding: claims recovery, TPA claims management, surveying and survey coordination, risk management advisory, litigation, etc.
- You also put the company's name on the map by actively participating in various market events, meetings, video calls, presentations, networking events, etc...
The above tasks in relationship management will comprise approximately 70 to 80% of your time.
The remaining 20 to 30% of your time is spent discussing the context of more complex claims files with your customers. After all, such claim files provide an excellent opportunity to get in touch with your clients. In close consultation with them, you determine the steps to be taken (e.g. carrying out a counter-expertise, holding a third party liable, taking legal action, etc.). Where necessary, you coordinate further proceedings with the back office claims services within the group.
