Intercompany Supply Coordinator

Job description

  • Execute order management processes from order placement to invoice.
  • Coordinate shipment preparation.
  • Manage Market's allocation constraints (shelf life, lot number requirements).
  • Proactively identify and resolve order-related issues. Act as the point of contact to internal and/or external customers to keep them informed about the status of pending orders and delivery details.
  • Ensure all distribution activities meet market/distributor needs. Successfully manage customer expectations.
  • Ensure compliance in day-to-day operations and timely escalation to management when required.

Profile



  • Bachelor / University degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service and order processing and/or supply chain environment.
  • High level of self-motivation and flexibility coupled with good interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment (multi-cultural / Multi-channel, …)
  • Stress resistant and strong ability to deal with and perform under pressure.
  • Good analytical skills
  • Seeks and strives for permanent improvement.
  • Priority management skills.
  • Highly pro-active and strong problem-solving skills.
  • True team player.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
  • Broad PC skills and experience with SAP are essential.
