As CFO, you will take on an active role within a fast-growing company, focusing on full-cycle accounting (A to Z), financial reporting, building a scalable financial structure, supporting strategic growth initiatives (such as international expansion and acquisitions), and enhancing the competitive position through data-driven insights (Odoo) and financial steering.
You report directly to the owner and you are a member of the executive committee.

Your responsibilities in this varied role include:
- Setting up, managing, and analysing financial and operational reporting via Odoo and internal tools, including analytical reports per entity, project, cost centre, and franchise, accounting reports for all companies, performance analysis of franchisees by activity type.
- Full responsibility for accounting from A to Z in collaboration with the external accounting firm, including compliance with all legal obligations.
- Leading an experienced accounting staff member to coordinate daily accounting activities.
- Monitoring and applying for subsidies and external financing to support business operations.
- Managing and following up on all insurance files for the various companies.
- Preparing and monitoring treasury plans per company for optimal cash flow planning.
- Assisting in the establishment of new companies domestically and internationally, in collaboration with legal and sales colleagues.
- Financial analysis of customers and suppliers, including solvency assessments.
- Supporting financial due diligence in the context of future acquisitions.
Profile
- You have excellent command of French, Dutch, and English.
- You possess strong analytical skills and have experience with financial analysis, business planning, and solvency assessments.
- You have several years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in leisure, sports, or hospitality.
- Thorough knowledge of Odoo is required.
- You are ambitious.
- You enjoy taking initiatives.
- You are proficient in MS Excel (including macro knowledge) and other reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Belgian accounting legislation and experience working with external accounting firms.
- Proactive attitude in following up on subsidies, financing, and insurance files.
- Experience in treasury management and preparing cash flow plans.
- Affinity with legal and commercial processes, such as company formation and support in acquisitions.
- Strong communication skills, structured, and capable of leading a team member.
