Join the Agro team as a Team Supervisor, under the responsibility of the Production Manager of your Business Unit!

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, controlling and participating in the daily activities of the washing and sorting station and ensuring the supply and quality of the raw material (potatoes) in order to enable the production schedules of the various production workshops to be carried out.

After training, you will be required to:

• You will manage, supervise and distribute tasks to the employees of your team (8 to 10 people).
• You ensure the quality and efficiency of the execution of tasks, the processing of the procurement and quality control of the raw material, as well as the washing, sorting and transport of the potatoes to production.
• You will participate in work consultations and the operational maintenance of the machine park, working in close collaboration with the team leaders of the various production business units and the technical staff of the agronomic department.
• You use and promote the quality tools at your disposal l Ensure the management of the department's documentation.
• You ensure that your working environment is kept tidy and clean in accordance with the applicable safety, quality and environmental guidelines.

What is the profile required to meet the requirements of the position?

• You are a real leader of men
• You are open to working shift hours (5am-1pm / 1pm-9pm / 9pm-5am)
• You have a bachelor's degree with a technical or agri-food orientation
• You have 1 to 10 years of experience in a management position, preferably in an industrial environment
• You are familiar with the computer tool
• Knowledge of English and/or Dutch is an asset
• You have a sense of initiative and organization
• You are also flexible, orderly, rigorous, with a strong team spirit and good technical sense
• You are autonomous while being a team player
• Knowledge of HACCP and ISO systems is an asset
