As Warehouse Manager, you are the beating heart of our cargo operations. You manage a team of Warehouse Coordinators and teams, monitor the quality of our services and ensure that our warehouse activities run safely, smoothly and to the highest standards. We are looking for a hands-on leader who not only manages from a distance but is regularly present on the work floor to monitor processes, support employees and immediately address operational challenges.
What do we expect from you?
· Planning, organising and coordinating all warehouse operations to ensure efficient and timely service
· Manage, coach and motivate Warehouse Coordinators and teams, enable Duty Managers
· Being hands-on in the warehouse, close to the operation and your team
· Monitoring safety, quality and compliance, including IATA standards, DGR, GDP, AVI and local airport requirements
· Continuously improving processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
· Establishing and monitoring KPIs and SLAs, and proactively adjusting where necessary
· Collaborating with other departments and airport authorities to ensure a smooth operational flow
· Managing staff planning, taking into account illness, leave and staffing levels
· Mediating conflicts and ensuring a positive, respectful working environment
· Ensuring a safe, clean and orderly workplace, in accordance with environmental and safety regulations
· Communicating new rules, procedures and assignments to all employees
· You are a true people manager – you inspire, motivate and build strong teams
· You take ownership – you take responsibility and dare to make decisions
· You are hands-on – you are visibly present in the warehouse and close to the operation
· You stay calm under pressure – you are flexible, stress-resistant and solution-oriented
· You are organised and structured – you plan ahead, set priorities and maintain an overview
· You communicate clearly and confidently – in Dutch, French and English
· You are accurate, customer-focused and results-driven

· Starting salary, including a company car, ranging from €5,000 to €6,300 depending on proven experience
