Vendor Verification Administrator
Functieomschrijving
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dutch & English speaking Administrator to support the vendor verification process for the next 9 months.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing vendor administration in SAP
- Conducting vendor verification through regular phone calls with suppliers
- Performing general administrative tasks using Outlook, Word, Excel, SAP, and other internal systems
- Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
- Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative activities.
Profiel
- Fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with SAP, Microsoft Office tools and Outlook
- Accurate, proactive, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and confident in making phone calls.
