Truck Loader – Loading Supervisor

Are you a hands-on person with strong spatial awareness?
As a truck loader, you ensure the efficient and accurate handling of our mushroom substrate.
- Load the correct quantities of substrate into the truck (with a machine, not forklift)
- Take sample materials and perform quality checks (e.g., temperature measurements)
- Record quality assessments
- Report important matters to the commercial manager and production team
- Maintain the loading supervisor’s workspace
Profiel
What we expect from you:
- You hold a secondary education diploma (A2)
- You’re willing to work in the night, start 1h
- Experience with machine settings is a plus
- You’re not afraid to question things and take initiative
- You think in terms of solutions, cost-efficiency, and customer orientation
- Quality is key, and you’re always looking for improvement
- You speak Dutch, French, or English
