Training Coordinator (6 months mission)
Functieomschrijving
In this role as a Training Coordinator (6 months) you support the team with the following tasks:
- You implement the correct curricula per function
- You create a follow-up process when training are completed
- You evaluate the training curricula per job role
- You make sure the training curricula are up-to-date
- Update all training curricula in the new platform
- You train coaches and managers to use the new platform effectively
Profiel
- You obtained a higher degree and have a first relevant work experience
- You are immediately available to start this interesting role
- You are interested in a temporary mission of 6 months
- You are fluent in Engelish and Dutch
- You work pro-actively and are strong with systems
