Do you want to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to maximizing the uptime of our advanced machinery?Then this role at Agristo at our Wielsbeke location is perfect for you!What will you be doing at Agristo?As a Maintenance Technician, you are the key to quickly and efficiently resolving technical malfunctions in our fully automated machinery. Your goal? Ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
- Be a role model in adhering to prescribed guidelines and procedures for a safe, environmentally conscious, and orderly work environment.
- Dive deep into mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to diagnose and resolve malfunctions.
- Perform repairs and replace defective parts to keep our machines in top condition.
- Work closely with our operational teams and your technical colleagues to minimize disruptions and maximize efficiency.
- Maintain malfunction reports in our maintenance software (Ultimo) to gain insights and continuously improve.
- Share your expertise and provide advice on possible improvements to prevent recurring issues.
- Guide new employees to help them grow in their roles.
- You will work in our Maintenance department and report to your Technical Team Leader.
Profiel
- You have completed a technical education or have equivalent experience.
- You have several years of experience as a maintenance technician and a passion for technology.
- You have knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- You possess a proactive attitude and can handle unexpected situations well.
- You have logical insight and strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to work independently.
- You are a team player who contributes to smooth communication and shared success.
- You speak Dutch, French, or English and are willing to understand colleagues who speak other languages.
- You are willing to work in 2 shifts
