Technical support engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer you are the primary technical resource for the customers and partners. You will be responsible for actively guiding the customers through the installation, configuration and commissioning of the company solutions. You need to be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues that arise during this process.
Your responsibilities as a technical support:
- Provide B2B support and guidance to customers and partners, both on hardware and software level
- Taking ownership of technical challenges and projects
- Support implementations with Teams, Zoom or other Cloud based integrations
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with their questions related so Smart Camera Support systems
- Collaborate with team members to define solutions for customers
Profiel
The technical support engineer that we're looking for:
- Interest in home & building automation
- Passion for tech, IT, networking, A/V & programming
- Strong communication skills in English, Dutch and Spanish and/or German
- Hands-on, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
- Any programming experience is a bonus
- True team player
