Our client, a biotech company based in Zwijnaarde, is a global biotechnology firm bringing innovative CAR-T cell therapy to Ghent. The company makes a daily difference in the lives of many patients suffering from cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to aseptic and manual production processes
• Working in a cleanroom laboratory environment
• Performing production steps in controlled areas (grade A/B/C/D), such as spiking, media changes, cell culture, and freezing therapeutic products
• Cleaning and disinfecting materials thoroughly
• Supporting transitions between production zones

• You take your work seriously and want to make a real difference in the lives of patients.
• You have an A2 diploma, a 'graduaat', or a bachelor’s degree—even if it’s not in sciences—and you’re ready for a new step in your career.
• You have hands-on experience in a role that requires precision and clear procedures—you know what you’re doing and why.
• You like structure, work accurately, and feel comfortable in a clean and sterile setting with the right protective clothing procedures. 
• You can communicate perfectly in English, both spoken and written.
• You’re a team player, have an eye for detail, and can follow instructions and procedures carefully.
