As a roofing crew leader, you will lead a team of roofers and ensure the flawless execution of various roofing projects. Your responsibilities include: Coordinating and directing daily activities. Managing material planning and work preparation. Guiding and developing team members. Ensuring quality and safety standards.
Profiel
We are looking for a candidate who: Has at least 5 years of experience with flat roofs and EPDM rubber. Has experience in managing staff. Is solution-oriented and loves variety. Possesses a driving license B and a VCA certificate (or is willing to obtain it).
